More about program

Fall & Winter AAU

Train. Compete. Grow.

At Finesse Inferno Basketball Training, we believe every athlete deserves opportunities to improve, compete, and grow throughout the entire year. Our Fall and Winter AAU programs are designed to help players continue developing their skills while balancing school basketball and feeder programs.

Whether your goal is to make your middle school team, prepare for high school basketball, or compete on future circuit teams, our program provides a clear pathway for long-term development

Our Fall season focuses on building complete basketball players through skill development, team concepts, and competitive game experience.
  • Two team practices each week
  • Two basketball training sessions each week
  • A two- to three-day weekly commitment
  • Four competitive tournaments
  • Trained and professional coaching staff
  • Practice locations in Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, and Shoreline
  • Every practice and training session is intentionally designed to help players improve their basketball IQ, confidence, decision-making, and overall game while developing winning habits that translate to competition

Basketball development does not stop when the Fall season ends.

Our Winter AAU Extension gives players the opportunity to continue training and competing while accommodating their school basketball and feeder program schedules.

At Finesse Inferno, we believe in providing athletes with every opportunity to continue developing throughout the year. Rather than asking players to choose between programs, our Winter AAU model is designed to complement their school season while keeping them active, improving, and competing.

  • One team practice each week
  • One tournament each month
  • A flexible schedule designed around school and feeder basketball programs
  • Continued individual skill development and team growth

This allows players to stay sharp throughout the winter while continuing to gain valuable game experience before the Spring and Summer AAU seasons.

Our 7th and 8th grade teams receive additional emphasis throughout the Fall and Winter seasons as we prepare athletes for Spring and Summer circuit basketball.

Players will continue developing:

  • Advanced basketball IQ
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Position-specific skills
  • Team concepts
  • Leadership
  • Communication
  • Competitive habits

The Fall and Winter seasons create a strong foundation for athletes who aspire to compete on our future circuit teams.

Winning matters, but development comes first.

Our mission is to develop complete players who compete with confidence, play the game the right way, and continue improving every day. We believe athletes reach their highest potential when they embrace challenges, focus on consistent growth, and compete with purpose.

If you are looking for a program that develops players on and off the court while providing year-round opportunities to train and compete, Finesse Inferno is built for you.

Bring the FIREE.

Focus. Intentionality. Resilience. Energy. Enhance.

What It’s Like to Play for Finesse Inferno Basketball

Playing for Finesse Inferno means stepping into a program built for long-term development, not shortcuts. We want players who love the game, who want to train year-round, and who are committed to becoming the best versions of themselves — on and off the court.

At Finesse Inferno, Growth Over Outcome isn’t an excuse — it’s a standard.
We believe growth is the foundation of winning — not a substitute for it.

Our athletes are coached at a high standard, challenged to prepare with purpose, compete with intent, and stay accountable to the details that produce real results. We don’t ignore outcomes; we simply refuse to let them define us.

Every rep, every drill, every game is designed to elevate your game and sharpen your character. Players learn to study film, understand spacing, play with pace, embrace discipline, and build the habits that translate to real in-game confidence.

We teach our athletes to welcome challenges, learn from mistakes, and commit to constant improvement — because when players grow, winning eventually takes care of itself.

This is what it means to be part of the Inferno:
🔥 A high-level environment
🔥 A competitive culture
🔥 A focus on skill, IQ, and accountability
🔥 A team that works year-round to build complete players

Boys Program

Finesse Inferno Boys AAU will offer 4th–7th grade teams this spring, with a focus on high-level teaching, development, and competitive growth. We welcome passionate players who love basketball, work hard, and want to elevate their game.

Girls Program

Lady Finesse Inferno is offering 4th–7th grade girls AAU teams this spring, including two 7th-grade teams (White: developmental, Blue: competitive). We’re looking for passionate, hard-working players who love the game and want to grow.

High School Programs

At this time, Finesse Inferno will only be offering elementary and middle school AAU divisions. However, we are actively building toward expanding into high school AAU teams in the coming years.

For high school athletes looking to train consistently, our High School Academy Program will launch this spring and continue through the summer and fall seasons. This program is built for athletes who want to develop their skills, elevate their basketball IQ, and train in a structured, high-level environment year-round.

White Team Development Level

Growth Through Opportunity

The White Team emphasizes growth through opportunity. Players focus on development, fundamentals, and learning how to apply their skills in real game situations. The environment is built to build confidence, improve game IQ, and help athletes grow through meaningful, live-game experiences.

Key Components:

  • Development-driven practices

  • Skill application in real game reps

  • Confidence-building through coached gameplay

  • Teaching spacing, reads, and decision-making

  • Focus on long-term progression

Goal:
To help athletes build a strong foundation and prepare for higher-level competition.

Both teams follow the same standard of character, effort, and growth. The difference is where each athlete is in their development journey.

  • White Team → Build your foundation

  • Blue Team → Compete at a higher level

Your placement isn’t permanent — it’s earned, and players can move up as they grow.

Blue Team Competitive Level

Compete With Commitment

The Blue Team emphasizes competing with commitment. Players are challenged to take accountability, embrace a higher standard, and perform with focus and intensity every day. Tournament expectations apply to all players, and competitiveness becomes the foundation of everything we do.

Key Components:

  • Higher-intensity practices

  • Competitive-level tournaments and matchups

  • Strong focus on accountability and execution

  • Advanced concepts, spacing, and decision-making

  • Elevated training expectations and year-round commitment

Goal:
To prepare athletes for advanced competition by developing higher focus, intensity, and consistent execution.
